Supervision that strengthens clinicians. Consultation that strengthens organizations.
Helping provisionally licensed counselors and emerging clinicians build competence and confidence on the way to full licensure, and helping agencies build ethical, trauma-informed systems from the ground up.
Route To Heal provides consistent, culturally responsive clinical supervision for provisionally licensed counselors and long-term consultation for organizations committed to ethical, trauma-informed care.
Whether you are developing your identity as a clinician or building systems that support an entire clinical team, you deserve more than a quick answer when a problem arises. You need a trusted professional who understands your goals, recognizes emerging challenges, and remains invested in your growth over time.
For provisionally licensed clinicians
Weekly supervision for the clinician you are becoming
Supervision is adapted to your developmental needs. Early sessions may focus on establishing goals, identifying areas of confidence and growth, and developing a plan for our work together. As the relationship continues, supervision becomes a space to recognize your progress, challenge emerging patterns, and deepen your ability to think independently.
Strong supervision does not simply tell you what to do. It helps you understand why you are making a clinical decision, how your personal and professional identities influence your work, and what your clients may be communicating beneath the presenting concern.
Our work will balance support with accountability. You can expect thoughtful questions, direct feedback, practical guidance, and room to explore uncertainty without being shamed for not having every answer.
My goal is to help you become a clinician who is not only prepared for licensure but also grounded in your identity, confident in your clinical reasoning, and equipped to practice ethically and sustainably.
Group Supervision
Group supervision allows clinicians to learn from multiple perspectives while developing their own case-conceptualization and consultation skills.
The group environment may include case presentations, ethical discussions, skill development, professional identity exploration, and examination of the cultural and systemic factors affecting clinical work.
Groups are intentionally structured to support psychological safety, meaningful participation, and continuity among members. Regular attendance helps participants establish trust and receive the full benefit of the group process.
Consultation for practices, nonprofits, and clinical programs
Route To Heal partners with group practices, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community-based programs that want to strengthen supervision, improve clinical consistency, and develop trauma-informed systems that can grow with the organization.
Rather than offering isolated recommendations, I work collaboratively with leaders to understand the organization’s mission, current structure, staff needs, and operational realities. Together, we develop practical strategies that can be implemented, evaluated, and refined over time.
Organizations may seek consultation when:
Clinical supervisors need greater structure or support.
Provisionally licensed clinicians are receiving inconsistent supervision.
The organization is developing an internship or training program.
Clinical documentation and expectations vary across staff.
Leaders want to strengthen trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
Staff burnout, role confusion, or turnover is affecting service quality.
The organization is growing faster than its clinical systems.
Leadership needs an experienced clinical thought partner.
Meaningful organizational change rarely happens through a single training or meeting. It requires an understanding of the organization, consistent leadership engagement, and enough time to move from recommendations to implementation.
Depending on the organization’s needs, a partnership may include:
Leadership consultation
Clinical program assessment
Supervision-system development
Consultation with clinical supervisors
Internship and training-program design
Supervisor training and development
Clinical onboarding procedures
Training curricula
Trauma-informed policy development
Documentation and workflow review
Engagements are customized to the organization's size, goals, and stage. Longer-term contracts allow us to build trust, respond to emerging needs, and support the organization as new systems are implemented.
