About Lauren Alexander, LCPC

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, clinical supervisor, and counselor educator with over a decade of experience in clinical practice, higher education, and program leadership.

My background includes serving as Clinical Director of Internships and CEO of a group counseling practice, where I oversaw clinical practice, supervised interns and provisionally licensed clinicians, developed training curriculum, and implemented policies to support ethical, trauma-informed care.

I founded Route To Heal LLC to keep doing that work on my own terms — creating environments where clinicians strengthen both clinical skill and self-awareness, and where individual clients find a steady, trauma-informed space to do their own work.
